Artwork tip

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the sharpest result. A PNG or JPG is fine to start the quote — we’ll tell you if it needs redrawing before anything is printed.

Good to know

Before you ask

Most products have a minimum between 25 and 250 units, shown on each product page. Need fewer? Say so in the form — many items can be made below the minimum for a small surcharge.

It depends on the product and the branding method. Each product page shows its lead time, and your quote confirms it against the date you need the goods in hand. If we can’t make your date, we tell you straight away and suggest an alternative that can.

Any logo file is enough to start. For production, vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are best. Every order gets a digital mockup, and nothing is produced until you approve it.

Yes. Product prices on our website include GST, and your quote itemises the product, branding, setup and freight so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Ask us in the notes. We’ll check whether the supplier can send an unbranded sample. Either way, you approve a digital mockup before production.

We deliver Australia-wide and to New Zealand. Freight is quoted to your postcode.
